自己啓発本って好きな方多いんでしょうか？
私は元々自己啓発本ってあまり好きではありませんでした。
ただの偏見ですが、読んでも意味がないと思っていました。
ただ今は色んな人と出会い考え方を変わり、
必要があると感じ自己啓発とよばれる本も読むようにしてます。
今回紹介するこの本の著者は苫米地英人という方ですが、
コーチングの第一人者ということで有名な方です。
本の内容は、目的達成に向けてのプロセスが体系的にかかれており、
自分としてはすんなりと理解でき、自己啓発の本の中でも読んで損はないものだと思います。
人は自分の見たいものしか見れないので、
目標を強くイメージする事で、その目標にあったものが見えてくる。
現状の自分ではとうてい叶わないと思われる目標（例、年収1億円）を
すでに叶えている状態と思い込むことで、目標に向けた行動が自然にできる。
本の中では、スコトーマという用語で説明していますが、
確かに人は、見たいものしか見れないものだなーと日々感じます。
会社の同期と話していても、みんな普通に２０年後も同じように職場で働けているものだと信じています。
日本の財政まずいよねとか、
年金はもうもらえなさそうだよね
とか言ってもあまり反応がありません。
多分そういう視点で将来をみたことがないんでしょう。
まあ人のふりして我がふりです。
