あまりすきではない人からプレゼントをもらいました。
あまり気は進みませんが、何かお返しをしなければ。。。

行動心理学では、これを返報性の原則といいます。
人から恩を受けた人は、
1純粋に嬉しいから。
2周りから恩知らずと思われたくないから。
以上の理由から、恩返しをしないといけないと感じるようです。
そしてこれはたとえ嫌いな人であってもです！
よく人間関係で悩んでいる人がいます。
上司と上手くいかない、部下の考えが分からない。などなど
そういう場合、受け身でいたら、なかなか解決は難しいと思います。
だからまずはこっちから仕掛ける。
具体的には、嫌いな人、苦手な人にこそ恩を売りまくる！
実際私は、嫌いな人、苦手な人に恩を売りまくります(笑)
もちろん私も人間なので、嫌いな人とは出来るだけ関わり合いたくはないですが、仕事ではそうはいきません。
そういうときはこちらから恩を売りまくる！(何回も言いますが。。）
そうすることで相手は何かお返しをしないといけないなーという心理が働き、
友好な関係が築けるチャンスがでてきます。
おかげさまで私はあんまり人間関係で困ったことがありません。
他にも手法は色々ありますが、
返報性がコミュニケーションにとって大前提なので、まずは知っておいてほしいところです。
