あまり考えたことがない方も多いと思うのですが、多くの人は、人を見るとき、自然とその人の肩書きや、所属している組織をみて、その人を判断してしまいます。
例えば、大企業で勤めている人と無職の人。
あなたは、その二人からお金を貸してくれと言われました。
さて、あなたはどちらにお金を貸しますか？
多くの人が、大企業と答えたと思います。
無職と答えた人は、クレイジーです(笑)
では、私たちは、人から信頼されるには、大企業などに所属する必要があるのでしょうか？
違います。
このご時世、大企業や国に依存するのは厳しいです。
それは、ニュースや情報にふれている方ならなんとなく分かるはずです。
今は個人の力が重視される時代です。
ですから、先ほどの質問でいうと、
自分が無職であっても人から信頼される人になることが必要になります。
そのためには、発信者になる必要があります。
発信者と受信者
結局、世の中には、発信者と受信者しかいません。
会話や、パブリックスピーチ、ブログで自分の意見を言い、他の人に影響を与える人
知識やノウハウばかりを集めて、価値を提供できずにフォロワーになってしまう人。
世の中の多くの人が、受信者になっているのですが、もし、一歩抜けて、成長を望むのなら、発信者側に回るしかありません。
勉強してから発信は間違い
『でも発信といっても、自分には知識がないし。。勉強してから発信します！』
という方がいます。
しかし、こういう勉強してからします！という方のほとんどの方が、2年たっても10年たっても発信することはありません。
なぜなら、知識なんて、上には上がいるからです。
いくら勉強しても、よし、今なら発信できる！という感覚にはなりません。
私も最初は、勉強してから発信しよう！と思っていたのですが、私の周りには頭のいい人が多かったので、結局諦めました(笑)
心理学で何か発信しよう！と思っても、FXについて発信しよう！と、思っても、自分よりも知識のある人なんて腐るほどいます。
大切なのは、知識ではなく、自分の考えを持つこと。
最初は、知識も考え方もたいしたことがなくても、荒療治的に発信をしないといつまでたっても発信側になれません。
知識がなくても発信するには、自分の考えを言うしかありません。
あなたにしかもっていない長所や、短所、環境、知識を見合わせて考え方を磨く必要があります。
アウトプットは地味に続けることでしか磨けない。
最初は、誰にも相手にされないし、バカにされるかもしれませんが、それでも続ける。
そうするとだんだん話し方も上手くなってきますし、知識もだんだんついていき、応援してくれる人が出てきます。
そしてコツコツアウトプットし続けていく内に、信頼が生まれる。
その信頼から、成功に近づくチャンスが生まれるので、積み重ねをし続けた人が成功するんだと思います。
儲け話やノウハウばかりを探していても結局は受信者でしかありません。
私も最初は、人前で話をするときは、いつも手が震えていましたし、文章だって本当に書けませんでした。
でも今こうやってセミナーであったり、ブログを書いたりそれなりにできるようになったのは、地味にコツコツと続けたからです。
地味コツを続けて、発信者になっていきましょう！(^-^)
