自分の思いを主張する。
僕は昔から主張することが苦手だったのですが、
最近本当に大事なことだと思っています。
分かりやすいので、結婚に例えて話を進めますが、結婚生活を営む上でもそうですよね。
自分の思いを主張しないと、家庭での居心地が悪くなって、関係が、まずくなります。
元々他人だった二人が、一緒に生活するわけですから、色んなことが違う訳です。
好きな食べ物
快適な温度
洗濯の仕方
寝る時間
細かいことも合わせると、違いは無限にあるわけですから、一生意見のすりあわせはしていかなければいけません。
背中で語る という人がいますが、細かいことは、言えよと思います。
やり方が大事。
思いを伝えるのが大事ですが、やり方がまずいと、自分の思いが、伝わったとしても、自分の思っていない方向にいってしまいます。
よく聞く話ですが、箸が欲しいからといって、「箸！」「お茶！」と一言で語る昭和の親父が、熟年離婚され、慌てふためる。
この人は思いを伝えることができても、伝え方が、絶望的に下手ですよね。
だから短期的には、箸をとってくれても、長期的にみれば箸をとってくれなくなるんですね。
伝える時には、相手を労る気持ちが大切です。
「疲れているところ、悪いけど、お箸取ってくれない？」
こんなセリフが自然に言える人なら、仕事でも結婚生活でもなんでも上手くいきます。
断られることは考えない！
自分の思いを主張するからといって、自分の意見が通る訳ではありませんよね。
相手も同じ人です。向こうにも都合があります。
でも断られるかも、しれないから自分の意見を言わないのは、もったいないと思います。
あーこれ、断られそうっていう意見。
例えば、妻に10万円単位のものをおねだりする場合。
どうやったら、妻にイエスと言わせるかを考えて行動する。
妻が、機嫌のいい時を狙う
前もって妻の手伝いなどをし、好感度ポイントを上げておく。
戦略立てて、行動していければ、以外と意見が通ることがあります。
やる前から、どうせ無理だと思ってしまったら、せっかくのチャンスもなくなるし、経験値も手に入りません。
相手を労りつつも、断られるかもという考えをなくす。
一見すると矛盾するようですが、自分の中で、この２つの相反する気持ちを持つことで、コミュニケーション能力を高くする事ができます。
熟年離婚されないためにもコミュニケーション能力を高めていきましょう！！(笑)
