最近毎日寝不足です。。
色々とぺらぺらとインターネットをやってみたり、引っ越しの片付けなどをしていると夜遅くになってしまいます。
また私が住んでいるところは和歌山なのですが、盆地なので異様に寒い！！
寒すぎて何回も起きてしまい、 大分寝方が悪いと痛感しております。
なんとか睡眠の質を上げ、少ない睡眠時間でもいきいきと 動けるように調べているところです。
毛布めっちゃめちゃ被るとか、アイマスクと耳栓つけるとか。
とにかく色んなことを試しています。
カフェインは眠りの質を妨げる！？
そんな中調べていくと、ある記事を発見し、そこにはカフェインは眠りの質を妨げると書いていました。
カフェインというと眠気覚ましの代表的な方法だと思っていましたが、
250mgのカフェインを摂ると中途覚醒作用・利尿作用があり、眠りの質が下がるとのこと。
よく眠気覚ましにコーヒーを飲んでいたのですが、眠りの質を上げるには良くないみたいです。
というわけで今はカフェインを取らずに生活をしています。
大好きな紅茶も、コーヒーも今は飲んでいません。
極端ですな、少しでも、自分の活動時間を増やしたいんです。
何を信じて行動するかは自分次第
カフェインを取らない。
私はそう選択して、今行動しています。
ただカフェインには身体にいい成分が含まれているというデータもあります。
コーヒー を飲むことでガン予防になるということも、NAVERまとめか何かを見ていると、 書いてありました。
物事には+と－の側面がある
一つの物事にはプラスとマイナスの側面があり、どちらの側面を重視して、
その物事をやるかやらないかは自分で決める必要があるようです。
ただでさえ情報があふれているこの時代、
人の意見に左右されず、自分がいいと思ったことをやっていった方がいいでしょうね。
