10月23日ディベート会
5回目の開催となり、今回は8名の方に参加していただきました。
おかげさまで前よりも司会進行について、悪い緊張はなくなりました。
今後の課題は、場の雰囲気を読むこと。
理解していない人がいるなら説明に力をいれる。
ボケる時は雰囲気を読んで、このくらいの表現なら、
空気を壊さず、何名かは笑ってくれそうというのを考えて発言する。
楽しいですが、やはり難しいなと感じました。もっと磨いていきたいと思います。
今回のディベートのテーマは
「義務教育は必要か」
「人名は平等か」
二つとも抽象度の高いテーマで議論は難しいと感じましたが、
ディベート初参加の方々もいきいきと発言をしていただいていて、
安心というか嬉しかったです。
抽象度が高いテーマについては、前提条件を仮定し、論点を明確に示し、
そこに自分の考えの根拠を示すことができたら、
説得力が増すのかなーと端から見ていて思いました。
まだまだやっていくうちに修正していかないといけないところが多々ありますが、
楽しんで続けていこうと思います。

私は開催の前に以下のメールを参加者に投げました。
開催に先立ちまして、改めてここで私達がディベートをする主旨を説明したいと思います。
ディベートは自分の意見を相手に主張するという競技ですが、別に自分の知識をひけらかしたり、相手を論破して、悦に浸るのが目的ではもちろんありません。
①自分の意見を主張する事で、改めてそのテーマに対する自分の考えを整理する。 ②自分とは違う立場の相手と意見を交わすことで、よりテーマについて深い知見を得る。
以上のことを学ぶことがディベートをする利点だと私は考えます。
何はともあれ、主体的にいかないと学べることも少ないので、当日は失敗して恥をかくくらいにガンガンいきましょう！ よろしくお願いします。
今まで自分のことで精一杯だったので、他の人のモチベーションを上げるという行為をする事はありませんでした。
ただこれから何かビジネスなどを行う上で、周りを巻き込む力というのは必須です！
何か気になったら、軽く声をかける。
簡単なことですが、これをやるかやらないかだけで、プロジェクトの成果が決まってくるんですね。
